VIDEO: Swiss Boeing 777-300ER Diverts to Iqaluit, Replacement Engine Flown In

On February 01, 2017 Swiss Boeing 777-300ER diverted to Iqaluit in the far north of Canada due to the in flight shutdown of one engine. The aircraft was en-route from Zurich to Los Angeles. The passengers on board were flown out to their destination within twenty four hours.

On February 04 a replacement engine was flown in on board an Antonov An-124.
